This coffee is a washed coffee from the family-owned Koke Washing Station in the Gedo Zone, Yirgacheffe Ethiopia. These Grade 1 coffees produced in this region are consistently some of the most beautiful coffees grown in the world thanks to the unique combination of the local environment, coffee genetics, and processing methods. Grown at very high elevations, the cherries are meticulously handpicked sorted before being pulped and dried for 18 days.
What we taste are notes of Strawberry, lime with a butterscotch aftertaste and nose.
